Our U15 teams allow for 8th graders to practice and play in fall league, with 9th grade teammate having the option to play games with their club on the weekends. We organize and practice academy style. This means that while there may be multiple “teams” at each age/gender, the players will all practice as one Academy with the same head coach and the same assistant coaches. This allows players to learn from each other, challenge each other, and float between the two “teams” as necessary. A player may play in one or more “team” games in a weekend, depending on several factors.
Foothills believes in the value of players having multiple interests outside of soccer. Many of our Academy players play multiple sports or participate in other activities.
